Center for Black Women's Wellness
The Center for Black Women’s Wellness is a community based, nonprofit organization fulfilling our mission to improve the health and wellbeing of underserved Black women and their families for over 30 years.
- With a holistic approach to health, and a broad understanding of the social determinants of health (ex. poverty, lack of employment), our core services include: low cost/no cost healthcare services (women's health, primary healthcare and behavioral health, HIV and other STI testing and support);
- Programs to improve healthy behaviors; prenatal home visiting services to improve maternal health and infant health;
- and financial literacy and micro-business training to improve economic self-sufficiency.
Supporters like you help us to impact more than 3,000 individuals annually.
Our team is passionate about raising awareness, funds, and making a difference in the fight against HIV and AIDS. While the world moves on, we take a stand. We're here, walking for our friends, our neighbors, our loved ones, and our community.
Your timely contribution (which will be doubled by the AIDs Health Foundation) will go a long way to helping improve the health and economic security and overall well-being of women served by our organization.
