This isn’t just a walk. It’s a call to action.
Every year, AIDS Walk Atlanta brings together thousands of passionate community members committed to improving the lives of nearly 60,000 Georgians living with HIV. The money raised goes directly to local HIV/AIDS organizations — including Georgia Equality — to ensure vital services remain strong and accessible.
As a proud member of the Board of Directors at Georgia Equality, I can tell you: your support couldn’t come at a more urgent time. We are on the frontlines every day, fighting back against an unprecedented wave of anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric, legislation, and violence. And we’re not going anywhere.
But we can’t do it without you.
This year, every dollar you give to Georgia Equality through AIDS Walk Atlanta will be matched at 50%. That means your donation goes 1.5x as far to support bold advocacy and life-saving services.
And here’s the biggest way you can help: show up.
Join us in person on Friday, September 27th.
Walk, cheer, connect, and stand in solidarity.
Be part of a movement that says: our communities matter, and we show up for each other.
Can’t make it? You can still:
- Register as a virtual walker
- Make a matched donation
- Spread the word far and wide
But if you can be there — we need your presence. Loud, proud, and unapologetic.
Because showing up changes everything.
If you are unable to donate online, please print out a donation form.
