Thank you for visiting my page and considering a donation to support the AIDS Walk Atlanta Music Festival & 5K Run! I’m honored to participate in this impactful event at Piedmont Park to take an active stand in the fight against HIV and AIDS.
I’m Caleb H., team captain of the Emotional Wellness and Recovery team, proudly representing Positive Impact Health Centers. I’ve worked in this field for nearly 10 years, holding roles in housing services, patient retention, training and evaluation coordination, and HIV testing and prevention services. Through this journey, I’ve seen firsthand the resilience of our clients and the critical need for wraparound care.
Our work addresses more than just a diagnosis. At the intersection of HIV, mental health, and addiction, our team provides vital support that helps people heal and thrive. The work we do at Emotional Wellness and Recovery is grounded in compassion, dignity, and safety. We help clients stabilize their lives, reconnect to care, and move forward with hope.
We walk for our friends, neighbors, and loved ones; to raise awareness, inspire unity, and ultimately help end the HIV epidemic.
As we walk, we remember those who are no longer with us, and we renew our commitment to those still fighting. With nearly 40,000 people in Atlanta living with HIV, every step we take and every donation we receive matters. It helps fund essential services that change—and save—lives.
I’m asking for your support to help me and my team reach our fundraising goal. Your contribution, no matter the size, helps fuel the care and services that keep our community strong.
Together, we can create a healthier, more compassionate future.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
