Thank you for visiting my 2021 AIDS Walk webpage! The AIDS Walk is back, and so am I. On Saturday, September 25, I will participate in a 5K fundraising walk in Piedmont Park.
I am raising money for Jerusalem House, a local non-profit that provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. In 2019 Jerusalem House served 637 men, women and children. 85% of residents with HIV/AIDS have achieved viral suppression meaning the virus is undetectable in their blood. This is the third year in a row that I have walked to raise funds for this great organization that does such important work!
While the world moves on, AIDS Walk Atlanta takes a stand. We're here, walking for our friends, our neighbors, our loved ones, and our community. We walk for the nearly 40,000 people living with HIV in metro Atlanta. We walk to remember those who no longer can. We walk for our city. We walk for a change.
Thank you for supporting me with a donation. Together, we are making a difference!
