The AIDS Walk Atlanta and 5K Run & Music Festival is taking place Saturday, September 26 in Piedmont Park. This year, as part of the CDC AIDS Walk Team, I am raising money in honor of Alan Dowell, who organized the CDC AIDS Walk Team for many years as a GLOBE Board member and who recently passed over the rainbow bridge.

 

The Atlanta AIDS Walk raises critically needed funding for organizations serving nearly 40,000 people living with HIV in Atlanta. We walk to remember those who no longer can. We walk to remind you that you are not alone. We walk for our city. We walk for a change. By donating, together, we are making a difference!
