It's that time of year where I ask everyone to help me fight AIDS but giving to the AIDS Walk Atlanta. Please help me fight AIDS in our community. Consider signing up or just coming out to join me on Saturday, September 26, I will participate in a 5K fundraising walk and Music Festival in Piedmont Park.
For those who have donated in the past you know how I set my fundraising goal , which is $3,306.82 this year. That the cost of one bottle of Biktarvy; just one of the medications that persons with HIV need to take everyday to stay alive. Many simply can't afford medication and that why I support AIDS Walk Atlanta. He me help our friends, our neighbors, our loved ones, and our community.
I walk because 1 in 2 gay men like me will live with HIV in their lifetime. I work to bring attention to this pressing issue, educate and inspire our community to work together, and end the epidemic once and for all. We have a long way to go.
I walk for the nearly 40,000 people living with HIV in Atlanta. I walk to remember those who no longer can. I walk to remind you that you are not alone. I walk for our city. I walk for a change.
Please support me with a donation. Your gift makes a direct impact on my goal to save lives right here in Atlanta from the devastation of HIV/AIDS. Help me make a difference!
