As Georgia Equality's Youth Engagement Organizer, your funding for this AIDS walk would be paramount in Georgia Equality's mission to support LGBTQ+ youth and their fight to receive gender-affirming care that encompasses all aspects of their identity.

Transgender youth deserve to be able to visit healthcare providers who can meet their needs, without interference from politicians. Despite the passage of SB 140 in 2023, we were successful in mitigating some of the more harmful proponents of gender-affirming care bans in Georgia, and we continue to work to connect families to the healthcare they need for transgender youth. Your donation allows us to better serve transgender youth and their families who have unjustly had their rights to care taken away.
