Aniz, Inc is a community-based organization that provides services for individuals residing in Metro Atlanta who are directly affected by HIV, substance use and mental health issues.

AID Atlanta

AID Atlanta has been providing HIV/AIDS-related services, care, and education since its inception in 1982. They provide comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and services, enriching lives in the Atlanta community.

Bridge of Light

Bridge of Light supports those at-risk, experiencing, or transitioning from homelessness, they provide resources and safe spaces to restore dignity and hope, countering the stigmas of homelessness.

Center for Black Women's Wellness

The Center for Black Women’s Wellness offers low/no-cost healthcare, health education, prenatal visits, financial literacy, and micro-business training. CBWW annually serves over 3,000 individuals.

Georgia Equality

Georgia Equality focuses on pro-equality legislation and electing fair-minded officials and voter education, registration, and mobilization, promoting LGBTQ rights across urban, suburban, and rural areas.

Georgia Harm Reduction

GHRC promotes health & dignity by reducing the impact of HIV/AIDS, HCV, STI, & substance use. GHRC offers FREE medical care including PrEP/nPEP, referrals, counseling, food, clothing, Narcan, & more.

I am Human Foundation

I Am Human advances wellness and equity in the Black Trans community, emphasizing HIV awareness and stigma reduction. Through education and advocacy, we are committed to ending the epidemic.

Lost N Found Youth

Lost-n-Found Youth’s mission is to end homelessness for all LGBTQ+ youth by providing them with the skills and support needed to live independently.

Positive Impact Health Centers

We provide comprehensive care (emotional wellness/recovery programs, & medical/pharmacy, prevention, screening, immunization, & testing services) for the HIV community to have a life worth loving.

Thrive SS

THRIVE Support Service's mission is to achieve health equity for Black gay men through direct support, advocacy, and building collective community power. We use innovative solutions to improve support, reduce stigma and link to HIV care and resources.

Trans Women Healing Project

Healing Through the Highways tackles rural HIV barriers for TWOC, providing comprehensive care, including safe sex practices and crisis support. It offers culturally-specific events, transportation, and access to trans-inclusive care.
